When I took this shoot I was really struck by the height of the trees compared to the man fishing. I also loved the beautiful water of the Lewis River in Washington. Super clean, bluey green, ice cold water. Wow!

I really like this picture. When I enlarged the picture and watched the trees loading, I was like you and struck by the height of the trees. We visited Washington in late February and were on the East Fork of the Lewis River, and I posted a few pictures of it on my blog. It is indeed a beautiful river and a beautiful part of the country.

The towering trees with the itty, bitty person I thought of the psalm verse "What is man that thou art mindful of him?" Fabulous picture.
